Retake AI downloads and purchases are handled through the app marketplace where the purchase was made.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases made through Google Play are managed by Google Play billing. Refund eligibility and timing are determined by Google Play policies.
If you contact support, include your Google Play order ID, purchase date, and the email used for the app account if available.
Support can help identify the product involved, review access issues, and explain the next best route for billing questions.
Support cannot guarantee marketplace refund approval because marketplace billing systems make the final refund decision.
